Avis Car Rental at 4246 Sepulveda Boulevard, Culver City, California.

When I booked the rental I was told that the gas charges will be deducted for the amount I use but they are holding $40 for the gas charges for now. I made sure they told me that they will return the amount that wasn't used in the gas tank. When we went back to return the car, they told me that the car was fully charged for a full tank already. That money wasn't reserved but already paid for and I had apparently initialed the document to pay not to reserve. They lied and then cheated and then told me that I was wrong. This is probably the worst experience I've ever had renting a car and I'm never renting from Avis again.
